2018 – 2021
Leading the UX on Registration and Forms design as well as event planning tools. Working within a small product stream on one of Reed Exhibitions most important digital work streams.
Designing for Reed Exhibitions global event platform that supports over 500+ shows globally over 40 different industries for millions of people.
Responsible designing registration within the Reed Exhibitions end to end journey, as well as aligning with the other work streams. Marrying up the digital and physical journeys due to the nature of Reed Exhibitions users spending most of their time at a physical event. The digital platform provides tools to aid users to get the most out of their events.

Research and testing at events with real visitors and exhibitors as well as working with a panel of users of visitors and exhibitors to gain feedback on designs.

Running multiple A/B tests within the Visitor team. As part of this we have setup the correct reporting to measure and learn, and most importantly validate the designs in order to rollout globally.

Representing Reed Exhibitions within the larger organisation of RELX for accessibility by being on the RELX board as an ambassador. Running accessibility audits and leading by educating colleagues in the global digital platform.
Additionally running workshops with stakeholders for a shared vision, working on the strategy and planning for future work, and pushing the solutions in the direction that best suits our users.

Speaking at internal events within the wider organiser (RELX) such as the UX Summit in September 2019 about better collaboration between designers, developers and product owners. I also presented at the Global Digital Meeting to various business units from all over the world about UX design and best practice. Additionally I presented at the Product Excellence Conference (PEC), which was originally to be held in Philadelphia but was moved to online due to Covid-19.
